This ticket grants access to the visiting area and upper gallery, not the prayer area downstairs. The prayer area on the first floor is reserved for Turkish citizens.

The Mosque is closed to tourists from 12 PM to 2 PM due to Friday prayers. For a smoother experience, visit after 4 PM to avoid long security lines anticipated between 2 PM and 4 PM.

Women must cover their hair, shoulders, and chest with a scarf. Men and women must cover their knees. Scarves and body covers are available for purchase at the entrance.

During peak seasons, lines may form at security checkpoints. Your ticket does not grant priority access, and it might take up to 30 minutes to get through security. In high season, this can extend to 60 minutes.
